Structural Integration

Rolfing SI is a holistic approach to bodywork and movement education that focuses on aligning and balancing the body within the Earth's gravitational field. It was developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf and combines hands-on manipulation of connective tissues (fascial system) with movement education to improve posture, ease of movement, and overall body function.

How Rolfing   Works

Connective Tissue Manipulation


Rolfing® targets fascia, the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, organs and cells. Over time, stress, injuries, or poor posture can cause fascia to become tight or misaligned, leading to tension and restricted movement. Rolfing releases this tension, restoring balance and fluidity.

Movement Education

The 10-Series Framework
